Not quality earrings! When they arrived, one of the catches wouldn’t click closed. Contacted customer services who said, it had been inspected before being sent and was fine. Basically telling me I’d caused the damage which I certainly hadn’t. I returned them, then received an email saying they had been inspected again on return and the damage had been caused by the way I handled them. Totally untrue... I had been very careful but wanted to check if they opened and closed. Who wouldn’t!? They were a gift for someone so i wouldn’t want to give something which was not fit to use. I had to pay postage to receive them and pay signed postage to return them when the fault was with the item. Terrible customer services. Rude and very impolite!
